Return and refund Policy
*Because every product is custom‑made just for you, we don’t accept returns for size, style or change‑of‑mind once an order is printed.
*If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll reprint and reship a new piece at no extra cost.
*In case of courier issues (RTO, undelivered, wrong address, customer not reachable etc.), your parcel is safely stored at our partner’s warehouse for up to 100 days, and can be re‑shipped to you on request with standard handling and shipping charges.
*For exchanges due to wrong size ordered, a fresh order can be placed by you and will be processed like a normal purchase.
